Holla Everyone, This is my first time i write a blogger . We are Aifira team ,We have 3 members group which are Aini, Afif and Mira. .Today we going to explain a little bit about  The main objectives that we use for this blog  is to provide information on how to make a successful business in Brazil. You do not have to worry because, we will briefing step by step especially for you. 

So Le't  begin,

First of all I'm Aini would like to story about the background of Brazil ..

What is Brazil actually?
 Brazil is the largest country in South Africa.
 It  also are fifth ranked of the largest nation in the world.
 The official name of Brazil is Federal Republic of Brazil.
 The form of government in Brazil is democratic federal republic. 
The main capital is Brasilia. The population have a 208,846,892 people. The official language that has been used in Brazil is Portuguese.  Brazil religion mostly is Catholic.

In top one my friends Aini are already told that Brazil is fifth ranked in world.Wow!! awesome right?

You guys should know also Brazil are one country that have larger percentage of land and that is why in this country the primary production in this country is agricultural. Leading producer such as soybeans, coffee, cacao, sugar ,corn and etc.

Other than that, Sugarcane was the major producer and its production are more than doubled over the last decades to meet global bio energy demands for reducing crude oil dependency and mitigating climate change.
   
  I will give the example which is In Brazil abrica production is locate in main coffee growing cluster of stated led by Minas Gerais where abrica is produced almost exclusively. Besides, coffee also production in Brazil is the world largest producer.Brazil is the worlds largest exporter of instant coffee..
That is example of product in Brazil why not we go to second one  
      
In Brazil soybeans have been increasing from 2018 to 2019 and because of Brazil have unique climate that allows to produces two or sometime more crops per years. Brazil also is worlds top soy supplier, they exported and shipped 4.1 million soybeans to China. Not only China Brazil also export to Netherlands, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, Japan, Vietnam, Iran and also Mexico. 

    
 Corn also have a very improve averages from 9 million in 1960's to 15.8 million in 2015/16 growing an average of 1 percent per year over the past 5 decades. That, possible because of the introduction of production technologies for tropical climate.Moreover, Corn is the energy base of food for poultry, pork and cattle, and is also intended for human consumption.

How about their services ?

I would explain little thing about their country~
       Education sector is high priority for the government of Brazil..Public higher education institutions are directed to serve as centers of excellence and research, with extremely competitive admissions standards and a limited capacity for expansion .

Private higher education institutions are focused on meeting the professional requirements of the labor market and have developed flexible programs to meet the needs of the working population
.
Next ,The lower monthly tuition fees in distance learning are expected to increase the penetration of higher education in Brazil. 
For profit, According to the Brazilian Association of Distance Learning (ABED), out of the 226 institutions that offer distance-learning classes, 64 percent are private, while 36 percent are public.
      
Brazil also have a huge financial company that invest to their clients and institution. 
They are belief is that quality of the employees is number one differential regarding other financial company in Brazil. Brazilian also focus on offering a quality brand with a capital base, name and reputation that earned the country’s respect throughout their years in the market.

⬌So back to me, Aini. 

Before we want to make business we need to know their political and economic right? 

Why not I helps you guys by give the information about their politic and economic.

As you guys know, the two element of this things is very important to the country. It is to make sure the country is develop or undeveloped country. Brazil is the undeveloped country. 
⇘⇘⇘⇘⇘⇘⇘⇘⇘⇘⇘⇘⇘💮Firstly, I will give some information about economic in Brazil. Brazil is the world's eight largest economy. It is almost happen after a decade of strong growth (2002-2013). 

💮But, after that Brazil entered into the worst recession in its history in 2015(3.8% of Gross Domestic Product). This economic crisis fall and it is sadly because of commodity prices and also drop in investment and consumption.

💮 However, I will tell you guys that in 2017, the economy recovered and Gross Domestic Product recorded the 1% progression. But, it is a sad story also because the unemployment rate in Brazil is still high and reach to 11.8% in 2018. 

🍀Okay, guys lets go through the politic of Brazil. In Brazil, they have a federal and based on parliamentary democracy.

🍁 The Brazilian constitution also gives an extensive powers to government.

 🍂The executives powers is president is both head state and head of government. You guys have to know that he or she holds executives power an appoints the council of Ministers. 

🍃Legislative power is bicameral, which consists senate and popular House of assembly.

 🍀As you guys want to know, the current political leader in Brazil is their own 
president,whose name Jair BOLSONARO since 1 January 2019. 

  He is the president of both chief of the state and head of government.

💛Brazilian is not friendly when doing business.😠 Why? 

You may need to give a paper work, Brazil also have too many rules and exception.
You also need to faces a lot of taxes. 
In my research, they have more than 90 taxes, duties and social contributions are levied by various federal, state and municipal authorities..

💚 Brazil have high corruption in Brazil. 😞 Why?

It would be difficult to foreign business ~ they need to give bribery to make sure the business will smooth.
 Other, need to paying the insider by giving money or something else.
This adds to the disadvantages people think by giving corrupt it normal.

💙Brazil infrastructure in that country is bad 😶 Why?

Brazilian roads are crowded and their also have a poor maintenance.Their also face insufficient, poorly patrolled and last narrow.
Besides, drive from one place to another takes a long time due to the long and winding roadway structure.


💗 Brazil have places too dangerous 😒 Why?

Brazil have high of snipers, assassins, robbers, and bribes. Some place that have lot crime and murderers. You need to avoid Hellcife state. It is a very violent city.
Because Crime and murders abound.  
If you’re choosing the wrong place you’re business will effect and easy  to facing crime.

💜 Different understanding and miscommunication 😟 Why?

You may used the wrong words or behaviour. You may consider a miscomunication by verbal or non-verbal. a sign of “OK” but for them that is bad symbols.

English people usually giving symbol of ‘OK’ means that everything is fine and perfect but  Brazil considered a rude gesture.

When you have good idea and shares your opinion, Brazilian will not support your idea, make you down and they will tell how difficult to achieve your target.
They told you about all difficult thing to make you not interested to achieve target. If their give supports the support will not to consumer product only raw product.

2 years the percent of economic Brazil are shown nothing good. BBC new written by Daniel Gallas and Daniel Palumbo said in 2015 to 2016 are large drop.

For 2017-2018 the economic only increases 1.1 percent.

Several laws to understand before starting business in Brazil. Include employee benefits, business laws, and your protection as a foreign investor.

You need to face 6 stages.
You need at least one director and two shareholders in nationality.Need to put to lodge annual returns verifying the names and addresses of all directors, address of the business, and the details of shareholders and their shareholdings and many more.

💚 Brazilian practice ethnocentrism. 😕 Why?

Brazil like to used local citizens to become manager because their perceptive manager from Brazil is more charismatic.
Prefer their family to inherit their business.


💛Brazilians don't like being in control 😑 Why?

Hard to criticize acts because they are easily offended. Giving them advice they negative emotionally can risk damaging their business relationships.

Brazil is proud of their ability to control the situation and for them it can make them feel lose face or pride when someone are reprimanded them in public.

97 percent Brazilian used Portuguese language in daily life only small percentage using English which is 3 percent only.
Brazilian are very highly appreciated their official language

🐫Social class in Brazil based on salary you have and skin colour. Ethics that have dark colour have less fortunate.When Brazilian in upper level they’re not involve with lower lever.
 They not interacting to lower level because the power distance in their company is high.
Moreover, it will impact to company  come from most dark colour people and they are not high social class for example like Africa country.


🌟 Brazilian Less Individualistic, and More collectivism~~~

🐫They like more social in works and Brazilian more to relationship prevail over task .Country like Us are like working independent would be challenges but country like working together and social like Spain are a given advantages to them.
It could be good for new because you not alone they can teach you and pull  you together to be successful

🐫 All decisions making is being made by the top level.In management are typically hierarchy. It important to call the title the formal meeting. Lower level cannot intervene to speak their opinion about making decision.
It impacts to you when you need to be kind and have good relationships with top level.

🐫Attitude where their perception for time is flexible and low regard.Don't surprise Brazilian  will make cancel or delay the meeting for last minute.

🐈Punctuality is not variable commodity in Brazil. Usually meeting often start and finish late. But, it can be very difficult to schedule more than one meeting per day. If want your business to be successful make sure you learn some of Portuguese language or hire some translator that can be trusted.

Emotion in face to face communication is also common.

In Brazil your appearance is expected to reflect your importance, so dress well.
Brazilian believe that if you pay a lot of attention to your appearance , that attention to detail carriers over into your business performance.
You need to know the key or dress code in Brazil is to know the company with whom you are dealing.
Usually Brazilian are proud with their appearance and if being dress well people will respect you.

To conclude, Most of us are agree that it is easier to do business in Brazil because there are a lot similarities in our country and Brazil country that are Ethnocentric which is the country that are still in development. Same as Us. It would be good due to our country have lot of similarities ( like Spain) but it could be challenges to Country that have a lot differential like US, and Japan.♡
